Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bigtk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bigtk ("bigtk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bigtk.io. These Terms govern all access to and use of the bigtk platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account services, and payment processing features made available to players.

By creating a bigtk account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or using any service offered by bigtk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bigtk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the bigtk platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their use of the platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. bigtk enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services. Players under 21 years of age are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on bigtk under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bigtk or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously excluded from bigtk or instructed to cease using the platform.

By registering a bigtk account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. Any misrepresentation of your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of bigtk services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in betting markets and casino games, you must register a bigtk account. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes.

bigtk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to maintain a safe and trustworthy platform. As part of this process, bigtk may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)

• Source of funds documentation where required for high-value transactions

All personal data collected during registration and KYC is handled in accordance with the bigtk Privacy Policy. bigtk does not share your KYC documentation with third parties except where required to fulfil payment processing obligations or where required by applicable law.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bigtk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. bigtk strongly recommends that all players enable 2FA from their account security settings immediately after registration.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or attempt to access another player's account. Each bigtk account is for the exclusive personal use of the registered account holder only.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bigtk immediately by contacting our support team. bigtk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your login credentials.

bigtk reserves the right to lock or suspend an account at any time where we reasonably suspect that account security has been compromised, or where suspicious login activity has been detected, pending investigation and verification of the account holder's identity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bigtk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bigtk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to use a payment method belonging to another person constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is subject to the payment method selected and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: bigtk aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any applicable KYC checks. bigtk targets same-day processing for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and per account tier. Details are available within your account dashboard after login.
• Transaction Fees: bigtk does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bigtk accepts no responsibility.

bigtk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. We may request further documentation to confirm the source of funds in relation to large withdrawals or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

Bonuses & Promotions

bigtk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their specific promotional terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bigtk promotions unless stated otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players aged 21 and above only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus winnings.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus (and/or deposit) amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Wagering requirements will be stated in the applicable promotional terms.
• bigtk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus calculations, or coordinated play designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up offer may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bigtk platform — including live casino games, slot titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating in any game.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bigtk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one (1) bigtk account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, manipulation of game outcomes, or coordinated betting activity designed to guarantee a profit or exploit a platform vulnerability
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Attempting to launder funds or use the bigtk platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or any other form of intentional fund transfer between accounts
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in sports betting odds to place bets at manifestly incorrect prices
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bigtk staff members through any communication channel

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bigtk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bigtk Content without the prior written consent of bigtk.

Game content, audio-visual assets, and software provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the exclusive intellectual property of those respective studios and are used by bigtk under licence. All third-party brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bigtk shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bigtk platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether bigtk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bigtk does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects. bigtk will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

The bigtk platform is provided for entertainment purposes. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bigtk makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

Amendments & Account Termination

bigtk reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bigtk will provide reasonable notice via the platform or to your registered email address. Your continued use of the bigtk platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

bigtk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• bigtk reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity in connection with your account
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You have requested a self-exclusion and bigtk is obliged to enforce it
• bigtk is required to do so by applicable law or the direction of a competent authority

You may request the closure of your bigtk account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified funds remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or withdrawal verification requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. bigtk operates as a digital-only platform and these Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the legal framework applicable to online services and digital commerce.

In the event of a dispute between you and bigtk, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. bigtk is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. Our support team will acknowledge your dispute and aim to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint in writing to bigtk's management team via the contact details provided in Section 14 below. bigtk will review all escalated complaints and provide a final written response.
